About Van Vurst Law

Beth founded Van Vurst Law, LLC in the spring of 2020. The firm is focused on helping private landowners, ditch companies and governmental entities throughout Colorado with water supply planning, water rights, water policy and local government law issues.

After spending fifteen years working as a water attorney in both the public and private sectors, Beth’s well-rounded experience provides her with a unique perspective, which she uses to help clients throughout Colorado with water rights, water policy, environmental and local government law issues. In recent years, Beth’s clients have included governmental entities, ditch companies, farm and ranch owners, businesses and individuals.
